二つ目のSiebel Enterprise Serverの設定が失敗します。 (Doc ID 2024960.1)

現象

Siebel Gateway Name Serverは複数のSiebel Enterprise Server (SES)を、特に開発環境で、管理することが可能です。しかしながら、二つ目のSESを設定するための設定ユーティリティ（Windowsではconfig.bat, Unix/Linuxではconfig.sh）が、"invalid username/password"のエラーとなります。以下は再現時の手順です。

1) 最初のSiebel Enterprise Server, Siebel Database 及び Siebel Serverが設定され、正常に実行できていることを確認します。

2) Siebel Enterprise設定ユーティリティ（config.bat/config.sh -mode enterprise）を実行し、以下を行います。

2-1) 「新しい設定を作成」を選択します。

2-2) 「Gateway Name Server内の新規エンタープライズの設定」を選択します。

2-3) 「Gateway Name Server認証ユーザーアカウント名」と、対応するパスワードを入力します。

** たとえば、Siebel及びデータベースの両方に存在するユーザ名であるSADMINを設定します。

2-4) 「Gateway Name Server のホスト名」と「Gateway Name ServerのTCP/IPポート」を入力します。

2-5) 「次へ」ボタンをクリックすると、以下のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。

X Siebel Gateway Name Serverに接続できません。
