Marketing Import Process Taking a Long Time to Process.

On : [21238] version, Siebel Marketing

Administration - Marketing - import process never completed.

While importing a file from "Admnistration - Marketing -> Import" no error occurs, however the process never completes. It remains as "In Progress". The input file has 2000 records.


It is expected that the process completes and Status does not remain as In Progress

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Import Job
2. Activate it.
