Symptoms

For external orders with line items for contract groups, memeberships or rewards, Order Verify is to be started. Expectation is that a violation will be raised when the last membership will be cancelled. But this does not always happen - sometimes the violation is raised, sometimes not.

The violation is expected to come from:
Business Service = ISS Promotion Management Service
Method = IntegrityCheck

Verify functionaltiy works different when called normally from UI compared to when called from custom business service.
