Hello,

We did an upgrade to IP2014 this weekend, and our German, Norwegian, and Finnish users are now stuck typing email addresses in notepad and copying them over to Siebel. If you try to type the @ symbol (Alt-GR-Q in German), you get a new query instead of the '@' symbol. On Norwegian or Finnish keyboards, the '@' symbol shortcut (Alt-GR-2) tries to send a fax. This is really hurting our user acceptance and we really need a fix for this.

We can't inactivate the query shortcut, however, because people in other countries use Ctrl-Q and Alt-Q, and we have one repository between them.

Thank you,
