CKEditor Filemanager does not List Files and Folders in DMZ Zone of Internet Explorer (Doc ID 2028203.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

CKEditor Filemanager does not list files and folders when FileManager is installed in a DMZ zone.

When a user double clicks an image, nothing is shown.

This works fine in Mozilla Firefox and Chrome

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Filemanager Webserver in a DMZ zone
2. From CKEditor in IE browser, click in the File icon
3. This will invoke Filemanager

4. No Files and Folders are displayed.
