Symptoms

Getting following error when running 'dblist' utility after applying IIR 9.01 SP4, having downloaded and installed from My Oracle Support 'Patches & Updates' portal via Patch Id 18609920:

ssa_library_load: load library 'libssaoci9.so' failed: 'ld.so.1: dblist: fatal: /opt3/siebel/InformaticaIR/bin/libssaoci9.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32'
