Date time field values are not retrieved in HTML email template on IP2014 or later

Date time field values are not retrieved in HTML Email template. It used to work fine on or before.

(1) Go to [Site Map]->[Administration - Communications]->[All Templates] view.

(2) Create a record with following values:

       Name : Test Activity Template
       Template Type : Body
       Public : check
       Object : Action
       Subject : This is test email
       Text :
Description : [Action.Description]
Planned : [Action.Planned]
Planned Completion : [Action.Planned Completion]
End of email

(3) Change Status field to Active and save the record.

(4) Go to [Tools]->[User Preferences]->[Outbound Communications] view.

(5) Change 'Default Message Format' to 'HTML' and save it.

(6) Go to [Activities]->[Activity List] view and select any record.

(7) Click F9 and then select any recipient to open Siebel email client.

(8) Select 'Test Activity Template' from Body field's drop down list.

(9) You will that [Action.Planned] and [Action.Planned Completion] don't get any value.
