Multiple Siebel Execute Query Problem

On : [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

When attempting to execute the same query multiple times, the following error occurs.

"The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute a query
2. Re-run the query multiple times
3. Error is seen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run multiple queries
