Using Siebel 8.1.x eMail Response .idf Files Are Not Updated On Lotus Domino Email Servers. (Doc ID 2031292.1)

Using Siebel eMail Response .idf files are not getting updated on Lotus Domino email server. Even after submitting email profiles corresponding idf file is not updated on email server.

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.9 [IP2013] version, Comms Server & Email Response

When attempting to use Siebel email response functionality
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
POP3SMTP[07/10/2015 14:58:20]:ERROR:Socket error 146: Connection refused
POP3SMTP[07/10/2015 14:58:20]:ERROR:Unable to connect socket to port 110 on remote host BIDCN10009
POP3SMTP[07/10/2015 14:58:20]:ERROR:Unable to connect to POP3 server BIDCN10009 on port 110
