Picklist Dropdown Is Not Displayed Properly In 8.1.1.14 Application (Doc ID 2032102.1)

Symptoms

LOV Values appear anywhere on the screen.

We use IE10 browser and observed an issue in the 8.1.1.14v application. When we click on a picklist for the first time, the dropdown doesn't open in the same applet, instead it opens in the top most applet of the screen. Also the focus doesn't move and we will be able to see the list only if we scroll up to the top. However it works fine from the secondtime click onwards.

Steps:

1) Navigate to Account Screen
2) Go to Account Detail View.
3) Select the lov for "Reference Stage" Or Survey Type Lov.
4) This happens only for the first time
