LAST_ACCR_TXN_DT Are Not Getting Populated Properly In Accrual Transfer Transaction

LAST_ACCR_TXN_DT and LAST_RDM_TXN_DT columns are not updated properly, sometimes these columns are updated with NULL value, sometimes these columns remain untouched.
We noticed this behavior mainly on Point Transfer functionality. Both the values LAST_ACCR_TXN_DT and LAST_RDM_TXN_DT, in both source and target is not updated with correct value.
