On : [IP2014] version, Loyalty

without put the cursor on the current record we cannot move to the other records.

select the current record by put the cursor on the current record, able to navigate to other records

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Member. Drill down on Member Number.
2. Change the Status of One Transaction to Acceptable.
3. select the other record, but cursor will not go to other record.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select other record
