Symptoms
If "Always share with Siebel new" parameter is set TRUE for "Appointments, Contacts, Tasks" in CRM Desktop options, then it is not possible to create meeting and following error message pops up, even if the subject is filled for the meeting.
ERROR :
Activity Subject is Required !!!
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When user create meeting using button meeting on Account or Contact Object
2. Out of the box validation is always triggered even if user fill subject field
3. There is workaround, if user uncheck that objects are automatically share with siebel
