Vanilla Functionality On Help Desk Screen Is Broken

In Open UI, Vanilla functionality on Help Desk screen is broken

In Open UI, when trying to create a new Service Request on Help Desk screen getting an error.
This happens in the vanilla environment.

It works successfully in HI mode and thick client, it just doesn't work for Open UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into vanilla callcenter_enu.

2. Go to Site Map -> HelpDesk -> HelpDesk Home, home page loads

3. Click the "+" button in 'My Service Requests' to add a new SR, get the
