Primary is not changed in Quote Team after changing a Sales Manager from a Quote.
1. Go to the Quotes view and add a new quote
2. Go to the Teams view
3. The logged in user is added to the Quote Team List applet
4. Pick the Sales Manager as the logged in user added to the Quote Team List applet
5. The Sales Manager field is populated
6. Change the Sales Manager to someone else
7. The Sales Manager field is changed however the Primary in the Quote Team List applet does not change
