Open UI: Throwing an Error while Clicking on Account > Installed Assets

Navigation to a view that has & in the name is throwing an error.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log into Siebel Application using Open UI Client
Navigate from Sitemap
Accounts > Accounts List > Installed Assets
Observation: Application is throwing below error and the Installed Asset applet is not displaying.
Error: Could not find 'View' named 'SIS OM Products '. This object is inactive or nonexistent.(SBL-DAT-00144)
The same behavior is observed if the user navigated to to any of the views under Installed Assets e.g. Special Rating Items, Memberships, Line Item Detail, Attributes.
