Siebel CTI - Version 7.8.2.16 SIA [19255] and later

Upon successfully logging into Siebel, the users are encountering the following error: "Error 100 - unknown cause". The CTI Toolbar does not display for them.

We are attaching some logs to the SR, please let us know if there are any addition items which you may require.
