Siebel version : 8.2,2,14
Database version : Oracle 11.2.0.2
OS version : RHE 6

ISSUE STATEMENT:

Customer experiences bad performance when UCM BM processed records, 'Generate Keys' method taking over 20 seconds :-

Business Service 'DeDuplication' invoke method 'Generate Keys' Execute Time: 20.497 seconds
