Lingering Pop Up In Background

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is a pop up that lingers in the background when the user opens "About view" or exports records to an Excel.
This happens under Citrix as well as in Local (not using Citrix).
1. Login to Siebel Application.
2. Go to Help > About View
3. Click OK
4. Blank pop-up shows at the bottom of the screen. It is not closing, you need to logout of the App in order for it to disappear.
