Siebel OpenUI Outbound Email WYSIWG Editor email reply issue

On Chrome [42.0.2311.90 m] and Firefox [36.0.4]  with vanilla SRF from release.

We have some troubles with standard WYSIWG-editor displayed at Email Response Screen.

(Note WYSIWYG is an acronym for "What You See Is What You Get". WYSIWYG editor is a system in which content (text and graphics) onscreen during editing appears in a form closely corresponding to its appearance when printed or displayed as a finished product, which might be a printed document, web page, or slide presentation.

In this case it loses context when we try to format text. I typed a text - selected some symbols, tried to use format font/background tool. But when I clicked on buttons - text selection is canceled and formatting was not applied.


Reproduction Steps:

1.  Go to Siebel Open UI
2.  Go to Communications->Communications List
3.  Select a record and then press “Reply”
4.  In the email body write a word then select it with the mouse.
5.  Try to change the text color from the tool bar
