After migrating to Siebel 188.8.131.52.x, Actuate started failing with SBL-DAT-00340 error
SBL-DAT-00340: The connections are not currently allowed. Contact your system administrator. <?>
Followed the steps from Doc ID 1931353.1 and it leads to a different error now:
Starting... Generating rotp:/SADMIN/CNTCAT_ENU_ENU.roi;1 ... External library not found. Status No: 1 : Basic Error: 1000 Module: ssReport%Start Line: 97 User error.
Issue started with 184.108.40.206 installation.
