Symptoms

Month/Week or Year/Month time zoon added to Dispatch board according to Bookshelf Siebel Field Service Guide at [Dispatch Board]=>[Process of Configuring the Dispatch Board (Open UI Client)]=>[Creating Time Zoom Intervals on the Dispatch Board Gantt Chart (Open UI Client)] do not work as expected. The assigned activity records are displayed on different time.
