Unable to see Siebel IP2015 PatchSet1 information in siebel application under Technical Support (Doc ID 2038209.1)

Siebel IP 2015 Patch 1

Opatch lsinventory is showing that the patch is installed correctly
But Application Version is still and when checked in the siebel application through Help-->Technical Support


When a user logs into siebel application and checks the application version, it should display the correct version of siebel in IP2015 along with the patchset number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch on the siebel server
2. Access siebel application and verify the siebel version through Help-->Technical Support
