Unable to see Siebel IP2015 PatchSet1 information in siebel application under Technical Support (Doc ID 2038209.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.1 [IP2015] version, Installation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Siebel IP 2015 Patch 1

Opatch lsinventory is showing that the patch is installed correctly
But Application Version is still 15.0.0.0 and when checked in the siebel application through Help-->Technical Support


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

When a user logs into siebel application and checks the application version, it should display the correct version of siebel in IP2015 along with the patchset number.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch on the siebel server
2. Access siebel application and verify the siebel version through Help-->Technical Support
