Base \ Query Applet Modes Display Different Selected Columns \ Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OpenUI, goto 'Contacts" >> All Contacts. For "contact List Applet", customer changing columns display order in Base Mode and then Query the applet. In Query mode, controls are not displaying in modified order.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Columns should display in modified order.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) In Siebel Tools >> Query for "Contact List Applet"
2) for "Applet Web template" >> Add new Record
Name = Query
Type = Query
Web Template = Applet List (Base/EditList)
3) Applet Edit Layout >> Add List Columns to the layout and compile the changes
4) Query for "Contact List View"
5) Select "Applet Web template Item" >> select "contact List Applet" >> modify 'Applet Mode" from "Edit List" to "Base".
6) compile the changes to SRF.
7) Fins OpenUI application >> contacts >> All contacts >> change the order of columns displayed in 'Contact List Applet" by drag and drop columns.
8) Now do 'Query" >> Query applet is loaded with different column order.
