Clib.strftime Is Not Working (Doc ID 2040657.1)

Easy Way of testing and reproducing the issue is by doing the below Configuration

1. Create a new Calculated Field in any BC for Example "Account" like below
  Name: TestDate
  Calculated: TRUE
  Calculated value: "Thu Jul 30 2015 07:18:14"
2. Take an Applet based on the Same Applet for Ex "SIS Account Entry Applet" and create a New Button like below
  Name: Today
  Caption: Today
  MethodInvoke: Today
  HTML Type: MiniButtonEdit

3. Add the Contorl to the Applet using Edit WebLayout

4. add a Applet Contorl property to Enable the Button
  Name: CanInvokeMethod: Today
  Value: TRUE

5. Right Click on the Applet and Select "Edit Server Script" and in the function WebApplet_PreInvokeMethod (MethodName) write the Sample Script.

6. Once the BC and Applet are compile and Opened the Application, when the Button Today is Clicked will see the below error.
  Error: Unhandled Exception: Insufficient number of parameters for strftime

  Error: Unhandled Exception: Insufficient number of parameters for strftime

Expected Behavior:
There should not be any error, the Date should be Converted
