Siebel Remote: Transactions logged during Upgrade / IRM process for new Siebel Repository tables

Siebel Remote / Replication / Anywhere - on version: 15.1 [IP2015]
During the execution of IRM it was observed that IRM process is inserting into S_DOCK_TXN_LOG table, for following items:
- these Insert operations are done by Siebel Tools running the IRM process - there was not other connection to the DB;
- around 195000 records have been created already, and this is slowing down the IRM and bring not much benefit as all Local DBFs will be re-extracted anyway after IRM completion.
The number of record in S_DOCK_TXN_LOG table:
Q1- Is this is the normal behavior?
Q2- Should be turned off the Remote system preference- "Enable Transaction Logging" during IRM? No note was found in the Upgrade Guide about this.
