Form Applet Drilldown Only Available for First Record in Open UI (Doc ID 2041109.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Fields in form applets (in Open UI) which have drilldowns configured for them do not consistently display the hyperlink. Only the first record shows the drilldown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
When traversing through records in a list applet the expectation is that the field in the form applet configured for the drilldown will work correctly for all records, not just the first one.

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced in Open UI using a dedicated client connected to Siebel Life Sciences (epharma.cfg) connected to the sample database.
1. Open a dedicated client to Siebel Life Sciences using SADMIN
2. Go to Contacts > My Contacts
3. In the form applet you will notice a drilldown available on the Last Name field.
4. Now click Next Record and you will see that the drilldown is no longer available on the Last Name field in the form applet. Continuing to navigate through the records the drilldown is only available for the first record.
