Migrated from 8.1.1.9 to 8.1.1.14.1.
when we were trying to set a date for a year from today and when we chooses 2016 it defaults back to 2015.

Issue exists in 8.1.1.14.1 vanilla as well. We have tested in Activities screen.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

when we were trying to set a date for a year from today and when we chooses 2016 it should not set back to 2015.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Activities screen.
2. when we were trying to set a date for a year from today and when we chooses 2016 it defaults back to 2015.
