Understanding SARM sub-areas
We have setup SARM on our PRD environment with level 1.
We are trying to analyze some performance issues with our call center agents.
In our analysis we see the SARM sub-areas. Two such sub-areas are called SWE_CMD_SWEUAID and SWEPAGE_APPLET_BUILD. However, there is no documentation on what these mean and recommendations on where the problem might exist. Please help.
