How to display more than 1000 records in E-Billing Locked Out Customer Accounts Report (Doc ID 2042643.1)

Goal

The report only displays the first 1000 by default and there is no search function on the report to call up a specific record thus one has more than 1000 locked out customer records cannot view/re-activate customers who do not display on the list.
