Components Displayed On Administration Views Do Not Clear Indicate if Component Is Shutdown Due Manual Start OR Some Problem

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Administration-Server Management -> Components Groups the group is partially shutdown (normal), but in Components Groups ->Components the workflow is RED and shutdown, without any difference between if the component is shutdown or just manual start.
The system administrator don't know if he need to restart related component that might had problems, OR this component is only activated on another servers and on this particular Server it is in Manual mode.
Is there any possibility do make distinction between the components in manual start mode and the components which are really in problem?
