Symptoms

After installing 8.1.1.14 PS8 / 15.2  Full download fails with error "The mobile node you are using has no application configured. Please contact your system administrator"  when user taps on airplane icon . This issue occurs in multiple language deployment environment .

Replication steps :

-1. Launch Application

-2. Wait for notification : Data is Ready for Download

-3. Tap on airplane icon ,

-4. Download  Fails with  "The  mobile node you are using has no application configured. Please contact your system administrator."
