Open UI Hangs on Refresh with Comm Panel and TBUI Panel Open  

Reproducible on vanilla srf and sample data.

If both the communication panel and the task pane aare open, the application is not able to do a browser refresh (F5).

It encounters a javascript error.

The BIP Panel also has a similar kind of problem, in this case its incorrectly rendered rather than causing the whole application to hang.

The application should not hang

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Communication Panel, after login
2. Goto Accounts, My Accounts, search for any account record.
3. Open the TBUI panel
4. Refresh the browser using F5

Application hangs.
