Installing / Un-installing Siebel CRM patch set 8.1.1.14 PatchSet#7

ISSUE:
-------
Un-Installing (rolling back) of the Patch is taking too long.

Also  following error is observed then executing patchrollback.bat for the Siebel Enterprise Server component (Oracle Home folder: C:\sba810):
