Installing / Un-installing Siebel CRM patch set 220.127.116.11 PatchSet#7
Un-Installing (rolling back) of the Patch is taking too long.
Also following error is observed then executing patchrollback.bat for the Siebel Enterprise Server component (Oracle Home folder: C:\sba810):
