Siebel IP 2015 Tools crashes/hangs when trying to view/edit Server Scripts.
Besides not being able to edit Server Scripts, the IRM portion that uses Tools and compiling objects in Tools with Scripts all seem to hang on servers. The log files do not provide any additional information, but looking at Task Manager, Tools uses around 51%-52% CPU and shows as 'Not Responding'. The server OS's we are using are Windows 2012 R2 64-bit and Database MS SQL Server 2008.
