Tasks Syncing Incorrectly (Customization TimeTracker)

Customer noted that when they added a field to their custom package so their agents could track their time against an activity that the timetracker field was being attempted to sync through before the activity was created. This would then fail to create the activity. The Time Tracker field was a custom option that the customer had added so the agents could track their time working on particular activities.
