My Oracle Support Banner PS8 Oui Installer finds but still finishes (Doc ID 2045583.1)

Recently installed Patchset 8 for Siebel and forgot to shutdown IIS before upgrading SWSE.

Because of that the installer throw D:\sea81\SWEApp\BIN\enu\srcf.dll (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)
in oraInstall...err file

But the setup completed successfully without informing about the error (see screenshot).

No further action required for the error. I rolled back and patched again.

But the error is misleading and should be fixed in future releases.
