Email Body Is Not Loading In Communications Inbound Screen (Doc ID 2046379.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Comms Server & Email Response

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email Body is not loading in communications inbound screen

The navigation to next record in the upper list applet of the screen is not able to load the body field in the bottom applet.

Even navigation to all templates view in Admin communications screen the body field of the template is also not loading (Site Map/Administration-Communications/All Templates).


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Message text should be displayed in the Email Body field.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into Siebel Open UI application
2. Site Map-> Communications screen
3. Query for Not Started activity email body is not displayed.

1. Navigate to Site Map-> Administration - Communications - All Templates view.
2. Select any template
3. Check Text field.
Template Text field is blank.
