Upon generating WSDL on Inbound/Outbound Web Service view, web browser may show hourglass without response for long time.
- The browser for the web client stays under process.
- When the cursor is moved, there is no response.
- Process name siebmtshmw.exe for the corresponding object manager shows high CPU usage.
- Object manager log shows the following message repeatedly.
SBL-DAT-00500: There are more records that it can be returned. Improve the query to get less records.
- WSDL is generated then a prompt message appears to ask 'open or save file'.
1) Create new Inbound Web Service.
2) Click 'Generate WSDL'
