Currently Selected Choice Does Not Remain In Focus After Pulling Down The List Again

On : 18.104.22.168.6 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality, Open UI
Currently selected choice does not stay in focus if the list is pulled down again.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into the 22.214.171.124 Open UI application.
2. Navigate to Service Request screen.
3) Select 'Area'="Upgrade" on SR form applet.
4) Open drop down of 'Sub-area' and select a value.
5) Now, open the drop down of 'Subarea' again, notice that the focus is not on the value we selected in previous step.
