Q1: Activities on Dispatch Board in Open UI appear in different colour as compared to HI even if on User Preferences – Dispatch Board, the settings are same for HI and Open UI, since the logged in user is the same.
How can they both be in sync?
Q2: Is this an expected behavior that user will have to redo all the steps for setting color scheme on User Preference level?
NOTE: The observation is that a user already has set certain colors for different Activity Types and he/she is able to see that in HI.
Now when the same user opens an Open UI client on the same environment, same machine, same login id, then the user set colors don't appear on Dispatch Board. Instead he/she sees activities in default colors. The user has to again set the colors against each activity type and also define colors for borders through the Open UI client.
