Siebel Advanced Search Sort Option In Search Settings sorts on per page basis on Open UI. (Doc ID 2052396.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement :
------------------------------
On Siebel 8.1.1.14.5 Open UI Sorting option provided in settings of Siebel search is not working as expected.

Expected Behavior :
---------------------------
Sorting of advanced search results should be happening on entire result set .

Actual Behavior :
----------------------
Sorting of advanced search results are happening on the number of results displayed on each page.
To explain this further an advanced search is performed and 100 records are returned.
When these 100 records are displayed as per a sort preference by date ( with latest being on top ) with each page displaying 25 records,
the sorting is working on per page or on each set of 25 records.

With this type of sorting happening on each batch/page of records, the total latest records are never displayed on the first page.

Steps to reproduce :-
--------------------------
1. click on binocular icon for search.
2. select any search category.
3. click on settings option.
4. set default sort to date.
5. perform query and see that the results returned are not sorted based on Date.

Impact :
-------------
End users when they use advanced search (with a sort preference) can not see the result records as per the set sort preferences.
