When updating date in Calendar view,participants availability applet is not updated to selected date

When updating date in Calendar view,participants availability applet should be updated to selected date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Calendar
2. Drilldown an existing activity
3. Change the start date

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot see the changed date for scheduled activity
