Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some kind of special characters cause F9 applet corrupt

There is a special character in Description causing this issue. If this character is removed, F9 popup window appears as expected. T

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to send email in all scenarios with F9.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Created a Communication Template "Service Request Template" with object as Service Request and "Description" field in the email body.
2. Set a default template in Siebel Tools for the following applet "Service Request Detail Applet".
3. Compiled the object to SRF.
4. Open a Service Request and add the following text in Description field:

5. Press F9 and select None in the recipients applet.
6. Send Communication Applet pops up with distorted form and no content is populated.
7. Remove the text from Description field and press F9 and Send Communication Applet Comes properly.
