Fields Are Getting Blanked Out After User Saved A Field In Columns Displayed on a Toggle Applet

1> Navigate to FINCORP Client Referrals View in tools.
2> Click on View web template items, change the applet 'FINCORP Client Referrals to this Client List Applet' to 'FINCORP Client Referrals To Entry Applet'
3> Compile the changes.
1> Login to siebel application.
2> Navigate to Accounts --> Referrals.
3> In the last bottom applet, titled 'Referral To Company' select the 'Referrals to Company' from the dropdown.
4> List applet is opened, click on Menu button. select Column Displayed.
5> A pop up opens. Make the changes, select any column to move to the left applet.
6> Click on the 'Reset Default' button.
Actual Behavior: On clicking 'Reset Default', the underlying applet from where column displayed is changed to form applet, and this form applet loads blank.
Expected Behavior: The same list applet must be displayed.
