Issue with Calendar in Open UI (Doc ID 2054348.1)

On: 8.2.2.14.5 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

---------------------

In Siebel OpenUI, modifying the short date format in Administration - Data > Locale Parameter, to a format as: dd-MMM-yyyy or dd/MMM/yyyy will cause the calendar (eCalendar screen) not to be visible anymore.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

---------------------

In Siebel OpenUI, modifying the short date format in Administration - Data > Locale Parameter, to a format as: dd-MMM-yyyy or dd/MMM/yyyy should not cause any issues.

STEPS

---------------------
1. Login to the application
2. Set the locale date format to dd-MMM-yyyy in Administration - Data >> Locale >> Locale Parameter
3. Restart the server to the changes become effective.

        Go to LS Pharma HI Activity Calendar View (eCalendar screen) and observer that the calendar applets are not visible anymore.

        If reverting back to a different short date format (ex: M/d/yyyy) the issue disappears so the calendar is visible again.
