Symptoms

ISSUE
=====
Attachment opening does not show any indication that opening is in process

ENVIRONMENT
=============
OpenUI IP 2014/IP2015

STEPS
======
1. Add or access a larger attachment in an attachment view that does not immediately open
2. Click it and choose Open
=> No progress indication like spinning wheel or hourglass shown
