Entered value in dynamic pick list field not captured for Pick Applet which is configured as Auto Query Mode = New Query

It should use the entered field value in dynamic pick List Field for which Pick Applet configured as Auto Query Mode = New Query

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Siebel Tools
2. Query for any pick Applet and change the Auto Query Mode to New Query
3. Launch Open UI Application
4. Enter Pick List field value, example :- Tes(Assume that pick applet contains Test, Test1,Test2)
5. Pick Applet Opened in query mode
6. Click on Go button it displays all the records instead of displaying like Tes% records(Test, Test1, Test2)
