Help Popup Applets Technical Support, About View, About SRF and About Repository From Site Map Show Blank Applet in Open UI (Doc ID 2055361.1)

Symptoms

When launching Help > Technical Support, Help > About View, Help > About SRF or Help > About Repository, when the Site Map view is displayed, shows an empty editable applet, rather than showing the expected information for Technical Support, View or SRF/Repository.

STEPS
1. In Open UI, log in with username/password.
2. Click on Site Map icon
3. After Site Map displays click on:
- Help > Technical Support
OR
- Help > About View
OR
- Help > About SRF
OR
- Help > About Repository
