Information in this document applies to any platform.
When launching Help > Technical Support, Help > About View, Help > About SRF or Help > About Repository, when the Site Map view is displayed, shows an empty editable applet, rather than showing the expected information for Technical Support, View or SRF/Repository.
1. In Open UI, log in with username/password.
2. Click on Site Map icon
3. After Site Map displays click on:
- Help > Technical Support
- Help > About View
- Help > About SRF
- Help > About Repository
