Additional column in Dispatch board does not show data in Open UI (Doc ID 2055383.1)

Symptoms

You should be able to add an additional column in Dispatch Board by following the bookshelf 'Siebel Field Service Guide' at [9 Dispatch Board]->[Process of Configuring the Dispatch Board (Open UI Client)]->[Displaying Additional Information on the Y-Axis of the Dispatch Board Gantt Chart (Open UI Client)]. But if you follow the steps, the additional column does not show any data.
